Cashew Coconut Bliss No Bake Cookies

One Pot            5 Minutes            Makes 10 Cookies


  • 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup organic honey
  • 1/2 cup organic cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup organic hemp seeds
  • 1 cup organic quick oats
  • 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  • Whisk together coconut oil, sugar, cashew butter, peanut butter, cacao powder, and sea salt in a medium sauce pan on low until coconut oil has melted and all ingredients are combined.
  • Take off heat and stir in quick oats, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
  • While still warm scoop onto parchment paper, wait 1 hour.
    • Or place on the bottom of a bowl and add vanilla ice cream…Yum!!

Once cooled, place in an airtight container. These stay fresh for one week at room temperature or two weeks refrigerated, but I doubt they’ll be around that long!
